The soft and tasty paneer paratha is the easiest parathas to make according to me. The recipe is very easy to follow and does not take a lot of time.

This is the easiest paratha if you ask me. As I do not put onion for this paratha, no hassle of chopping onions finely or wait for veggies to cook and cool down.
It take about 45 mins to prepare 6 parathas using this recipe.
Ingredients:
For paneer stuffing:
Paneer - 100g [grated]
Green chillies - 1 [finely chopped]
Coriander - 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Aamchur powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chapathi dough:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
salt - 1 tsp
water - 1/2 cup
oil - 1+1 tsp
Method:
In a bowl, take wheat flour and add salt to it. Add water little at a time and mix with hands. Add 1 tsp of oil and incorporate it into the dough. Add another spoon of oil on top and spread over the surface of the dough. Cover and rest the dough for 20mins.
In another bowl, add grated paneer. Add the chopped green chillies and coriander. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, aamchur powder and salt. Mix well and form small balls of the mixture.
Take small portion of the wheat dough and roll it out. Stuff the paneer mixture ball and wrap the wheat dough around it. Roll out the paratha as evenly as possible. Cook the paratha on the tawa with oil or butter.
I love eating the paratha with curds and pickles. What do you like to eat your parathas with? Let me know in the comments below.
