Simple yet classy pasta recipe for all occasions. This is THE pasta recipe to pamper yourself and feel amazing after a long day.

I have come across lots of pasta recipes and have tried out many of them. Usually the basics remain same. However, after trying many such recipes and learning the basic science of pasta cooking the right way, I have come up with this beautiful tasty dish which does not take a lot of time and efforts.
The recipe takes about 30 mins to prepare one plate of deliciousness.
Ingredients:
Pasta - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Pepper powder - 1+2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - 2 tsp
Cheese - as required
Boil around 2 cups of water with 1 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt. Add pasta and cook it till Al-dante(cooked so as to be still firm when bitten). I have used Macaroni pasta here, but you can also use penne or fusili as per availability. Drain the water and stop the cooking process by pouring a cup of cold/regular water.
In a separate pan, add 1 tsp of oil, chopped capsicum and sweetcorn and cook for just 2 mins along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper so that the capsicum and corn are still crunchy. Keep the mixture aside. Add butter to an empty pan. Add maida as the butter melts and mix them to form a paste. Pour in milk in small quantities while stirring continuously so that there are no lumps. Add pepper powder, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt. You can add grated cheese at this point if you feel like it. Mix the cooked veggie mixture and the boiled pasta. Add in milk as required so that the pasta gets coated uniformly.
Grate cheese on top again if required on the plated pasta dish to your heart's content. Trust me, the pasta is yummy as it is without cheese as well.
